On December 20-21, 2015, Jingqi Company's 2016 annual planning meeting was held at Nanchang Jinyan International Hot Spring Hotel. General Manager Li Jiageng and managers and management personnel from various departments, totaling more than 40 people, attended the meeting.
This meeting mainly reported and analyzed the work summary of each department of the company in 2015 and the work plan for 2016. After that, other departments asked questions about the relevant issues in the work plan of the reporting department in 2016, and finally the reporting department answered questions, that is, each department carried out in a cycle of "report-question-answer".
At the meeting, Li Jiageng, general manager of Jingqi, first made Jingqi's 2016 strategic goals:
On the one hand, the company's transformation will be completed in 2016. The transformation of Jingqi Company this time is mainly the transformation from a family-style management model to a modern management model, and the management functions of each department will be improved to better promote the company's overall development;
On the other hand, it is clear that the work goals for 2016 are mainly centered on innovation and upgrading. Jingqi's innovation in 2016 mainly focuses on the company's products, sales team and strengthening external contacts; the upgrade in 2016 mainly focuses on the company's existing product design, marketing strategy, sales channels, customer service and personnel management system. All aspects of the upgrade to optimize the functions of various departments of the company.
Afterwards, each department made an orderly summary of the work in 2015 and an oral report on the 2016 annual plan at this meeting. Among them, Zhu Sutian, the operations manager, reported on the 2016 sales target and 2016 work plan of the operations department. The creative design department, promotion department, R&D design department, production department and warehouse departments also made corresponding work plans according to the company's 2016 sales target. In addition, Huang Ying, the administrative and human resources manager, proposed at the meeting that in 2016, the training of employees will be strengthened and the goal of optimizing employee compensation performance will be achieved.
