Deep-sea sedimentation technique
The raw materials are melted to make a molten viscous liquid, under the premise of ensuring the high temperature
of the molten liquid and controlling the oxygen content of the working environment, high-purity iron is added
into the molten liquid.
Sedimentation Adsorption
The made adsorbent is placed in the region below 300 m from the surface, preferably 800 m, and left for 2-5 years, with the iron base as a substrate, subjected to deep-sea hydrostatic pressure, to improve the physical properties, and to complete the process of metal densification as well as adsorption to the metal structure.
Refining of iron-based mixtures
经沉淀2-After 2-5 years of precipitation, the adsorbent is removed and melted at characteristic temperatures, ground, refined, cleaned, melted, annealed and drawn in a complex process to obtain an iron-based mixture, which finally becomes a special metal that can be used to make fibers.
