Partnership Policy
1: Operate legally, strictly implement the relevant clauses of the "Franchise Agreement", and maintain

2: Must operate retail business through our company's established sales channels, in the form of chain

3: While exclusively distributing our company's products, do not distribute any unrelated products or

or engage in malicious competition with other distributors.
6: Comply with the "payment before delivery" ordering policy, actively cooperate with various training
and on-site guidance arranged by the company.
7: Actively participate in and cooperate with various promotional activities planned by the company.
8: Strictly keep company secrets, regularly report actual sales and inventory situations to the company,
accept headquarters management, and strictly comply with relevant market regulations.
